Dag Heward-Mills is the founder and senior pastor of the Lighthouse Chapel International denomination which has, by the grace of God, over 1900 churches in 79 countries worldwide. Since 1987 when he founded the church as a medical student, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills has been the head of this ministry and by the power of the Holy Spirit, has overseen its development and growth in over 25 years.

He has the heart and vision to see the church passionate about winning souls and planting more churches. He believes that: “Life is worth nothing unless it is used for doing the work assigned by the Lord Jesus – the work of telling others the Good News about God’s mighty kindness and love” (Acts 20:24, TLB).

Apart from his frequent travels to preach, Bishop Dag currently actively practices his God-given anointing to teach and preach through his online audio, video and television broadcasting ministry, whilst pastoring a congregation of over 1,000 young people at the First Love Church in Ghana. His biblically-grounded knowledge allows him to operate as one of the best shepherds anyone can have.
